Until now everything was good with my new windows 11 24H2. A few moments ago when I boot the system I get the following screen. What is this and why happens, and how to resolve it? Best regards.

What are the differences between Windows 10 and Windows 11 in terms of accessing Help and Support?

I've tried all types of command prompts found online and none work. Can't even open settings it pops up and then disappears do I have to buy another laptop? I was trying to clean it months ago, or install something, but I'm not as savvy as I thought. Can someone PLEASE help me?
