    Windows 7 CPU's maxing out without any reason

    I am running Windows 7 Build 7100 64 bit on an HP A6720F, Quad core AMD with 6 GB RAM. I did an upgrade from Vista SP1 and everything seemed fine.     Windows 7 Problem with CPU, Windows7 7077 x64

    Windows 7 Free AVG is maxing out my cpu any suggestions

    My cpu with the dual core although small is usually really quiet especially xp but also windows 7. Installed AVG (needed an av in there) and my cpu is always 65 75 sometimes 100%. Any suggestions. I know windows defender is installed also. Wouldn't that cover the av problem?

    Windows Vista 100% CPU Usage often

    Recently, and I am not sure if it has anything to do with windows updates taken to the system in similar time, my CPU Usage fan has been going crazy - and quite frequently. CPU memory usuage, 100% or thereabouts is the norm now. Anybody else experience this? Thanks in advance.
