    Windows 7 Problem saving pictures from the web

    I'm running Windows 7. When I "right click, save" pics from the web, they oftentimes show up as a flat colored line. In the folder they've been saved in, the thumbnail looks normal, but when you open it, it's a mess. Or the picture is compressed to the point it no longer resembles the original...

    Windows Vista Icons are messed up.. :S

    I've had the Icon Packager installed in my computer and after the trial period ended my icons got messed up..The main problem is in the image.. Its like it has 2 of them the "original" and the image of <Programs and Features> from Control Panel.. -.- I tried some things but nothing could help...
