Above error in the system log upon reboot after any type of shutdown (i.e. cold boot or restart). Just started - Please don't ask what I did since I'm not exactly sure (possibly image restore). Any Ideas?

Well its not new. I got it in Feb 06 but there is no disk. It has a recovery image on the HD but what happens if, no when my HD goes bad? I don't have a DVD burner, is there any way to get the OS on an external drive to reinstall or put on a burner later so I don't have to worry about a HD failure?

Hi, I had 2 partitions, one for Vista and one for win7 x64. My Vista partition had a problem, so I recover it from an image. Now I have 2 partitions, but I had no way to select the win7 partition on boot (but I see it from Vista and all seems ok). Someone can help me ? Thanks.
