If one uses something like Irfanview to enlarge an image, most often it will cause the image to become pixelated and out of focus, becoming unusable for my purposes. Is there some software or method to enlarge an image and retain it's original clarity?

Hello. Hope all are well. Just had to do a complete OS install and at on point on a mouse-over, the image would enlarge slightly. It's not doing that now. No big problem, but don't want to use Photo Viewer each time to preview an image...Any suggestions? Thanks, LWL
