    Windows 7 Windows 7 BSOD 0x6B - PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

    I REALLY need some help. I've tried everything, and here is a list. The 4 parameters were 7A,6,0,0 (Not in order) - I deleted bootcat.cache. It didn't work so I then copied a bootcat.cache from a Windows 7 64bit laptop and put it on a flash drive, then I renamed the supposedly broken...

    Windows 7 Windows 7 RC1 BSODs immediately after boot, error 0x6B

    I just had my Windows 7 machine fail to start. It BSODs with "PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED 0x0000006B (0x0, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0)" but is able to start when I invoke Safe Mode. Startup Repair and System Restore both failed to resolve the issue, and the installation did work before that.
