installation issues

Hello , I had installed Ubuntu Alongside Windows 10. Now I wanted to remove it .In the process , I used ECD Boot repair and now windows is not booting . It goes into this screen right after booting . What should I do now?

So I am trying to dual boot windows 10, but I cannot boot from any usb or hdd I install it on. I have used the media creation tool, on two computers, and 3 different usb's. But I get the error as follows: Due to this I am unable to install any copy at all. Please help it's starting to piss me off!
