    Windows 7 taskbar icon bugs

    I'm not sure if this is a bug or an O.E. - but my taskbar icons don't seem to be acting the way they are supposed to. example - if I have a browser open, and some other programs open, the variuos programs should come to the top layer if I click on their icon, etc. but what happens is that...
