In recent years, High-DPI displays have become common. Having a lot more pixels to display your application on seems like a simple recipe for crisper graphics but, counterintuitively, the opposite is often the case. Many applications were written without taking the DPI of displays into account...

I got used to the Metro version of IE in Windows 8.1 and actually like it. Now, in Windows 10, I can't find any way to get that look and feel. Is there any way to get that Windows 8.1 Metro version of IE in Windows 10?
Thanks for any help.

I have quite a few legacy XP programs that use 32-bit drivers.
Would I find more overall compatibility using:
1. 64-bit Windows 7 Pro/Ultimate using the "XP Virtual Mode"
or
2. 32-bit version of Windows 7 Home Premium?
Thanks!!
