About this tag
The Lenovo T500 is a laptop model discussed in Windows 7 contexts, particularly around network icon behavior, hard drive activity monitoring, and domain login shutdown issues. Users report the network icon in the system tray showing a yellow exclamation point or a blue ball symbol, often with the connection still working. Troubleshooting steps like rebooting may resolve the icon anomaly. For hard drive activity, users seek system tray icons or gadgets to monitor logical partitions on a single physical drive. A known problem involves the inability to shut down or restart Windows 7 when logged into a domain, requiring battery removal as a workaround. These threads focus on troubleshooting and configuration tips for the Lenovo T500 running Windows 7.
