After upgrading to WIndows 7 from 64 bit Vista, only 64 bit IE and Outlook can access the internet. 32 bit IE and other 32 bit programs (Norton 360 LiveUpdate, Quicken online update) fail to get any internet connection. Tried tuning off Norton Firewall -- no help.
