long running script

  1. Windows 8 This forum and IE 11 "Long Running Script"?

    A couple of times now, when I attempt to edit a response, IE 11 (clean 8.1 install) will freeze and give me a message the site is not responding because of a "Long running script". It does give me the option to stop the script, which may or may not have any effect. Anyone else seeing this, I...

  2. Windows 7 not responding due to a long running script

    "not responding due to a long running script" This is the message I get just about everytime I go from one site to another site using IE9 on Windows 7 which makes my computer almost useless because it freezes all the time. It's not a virus. Can anyone help solve this problem?
