    Windows 7 Unable to resize/move/close ('X' greyed out) windows

    Hi, I installed 7RC from MS, all went fine, I've not done anything unusual in the setup, all updates are installed, graphics ok etc. I created the initial account admin account, then from that a second admin. Changed to that admin account, set it up etc, and created 3 other Standard accounts...
