    Windows 7 Right click menu delay in IE7/8/9...?

    Heya. Not sure where else to post this, hopefully you guys will be able to help me figure out what's going on. This is an issue that I've had for a VERY long time in every IE install I try (IE 7/8/9) and both in x64bit and x32bit... Video showing my issue ...
