Well guys I think I found a way to change the wallpaper in Windows 7 starter with NO TOOLS!! I'm just afraid to try it.
1. Have the wallpaper you want ready as a file somewhere on your desktop
2. Open Microsoft Paint
3. Load the Picture
4. Go in the menu of paint and click set as desktop...

When I open the Windows 7 firstly, I did some works in paint program and saved on the desktop. But after the restart the saved file couldn't show on the same user desktop. How can i retrieve this file, why coming like this?
