mousewheel

Hi, I wonder, is there a way to disable the CTRL+MouseWheel (changes the way an folder displays itself)? I have a mousewheel which flows freely, and when holding ctrl to like choose files etc the wheel is sometimes still spinning and this changes viewmode for the folder rapidly. VERY annoying...

Upon upgrading vista to windows7, I notced my mousewheel was acting strange. In some applications, such as mIRC, the mousewheel will not respond unless I move it continously very quickly, in which then causes it to overscroll. Basically, no scroll or too much. No in-between. This behavior also...
