    Windows media player help

    Hi Whenever I try to play this movie file that I bought from the Microsoft store. I get windows media player encountered a problem while playing the file. There is no error code. can anyone tell me how to fix this ? Thank you

    Windows Vista Problem with the thumbnail preview.. help!!!

    HELLO GUYS, I'M FACING A BAD PROBLEM.. Pls hav a look at my picture.. The problem is that these thumbnails are supposed to be de thumbnails for videos.. But dese r actually jpeg pictures.. Dey r being displayed as movie file THUMBNAILS.. See de film strip on either sides of de picture...
