I'm having a problem with my picture files. I have hundreds of them in separate folders: holidays, family etc.
The problem is is when I try to copy them or move to another folder, I keep getting the message:
'Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working.' Windows Explorer then shuts down...
When I copy a file/files or folder/folders from one place to another, usually Windows highlight the new files in the new location. suddenly I see this is no longer happening, please help.
I can't move any files in the C: drive or rename them without getting the error message "Could not find this item" and "this file is no longer located in..." After clicking "Try Again", I can then move and rename them, this is still annoying though. Tried contacting support but they were no help
