    Windows Server 2016 : .msi files fail to execute

    Good day all, I’m running Windows Server 2016 on a VPS. All of a sudden, I cannot install .msi files anymore. I tried a few things as a quick fix but no success. Any idea how to resolve this issue ? I’m clueluess and would like to avoid formatting/reinstalling the OS Thanks in advance !

    Describes an issue in which you receive a "Warning 1946. Property 'System.AppUserModel.NoPin' for shortcut 'Shortcut name.lnk' could not be set" message when you install an .msi file in Windows 7. This warning can be ignored as the .msi file is installed. Link Removed

    Windows 7 MSI Files crashes on startup

    Hi, gonna keep it simple.. I cant install my Adobe Photoshop CS2, when i start the msi installer the program just "stop working" so the send to windows message pops up... Anyone know how to fix this?
