On Windows XP NetSend could broadcast a message to all systems on your network. Can the Windows 7 MSG do the same thing and if so how?
The help for MSG says this:

I'm trying to find messenger.exe in services but I can't find. It uses for "Net send" Command in CMD.
How I can allow it? or do anything like this in windows 7?
So you know how in XP you can send messages trough the command prompt with "net send xx.xx.xx.xx what`s up", i googled a little and looked the help in cmd but didnt make it work. Do you have any ideas?
