My device: Gateway 2-in-1 notebook, running W11 home.

My device: Gateway 2-in-1 notebook, 11.6" screen (Windows 11).
Has been working well since purchase, last December (bought new)
Suddenly, immediately after boot-up, the task bar is almost completely sunken under the bezel, then, a second later, a fluttering black line, about an inch wide...
I've read pretty good reviews on Comodo firewall. I currently use Windows Defender on my Windows 11 Gateway Notebook. Defender appears to be doing a good job.
My questions is: Does Comodo firewall disable the Defender Firewall, or do they work in tandem?
? Also, are any of using Comodo...
I'm running Windows 11 Home on a Gateway notebook. I'm wondering if WD provides protection when using a browser other than MS Edge. I'd rather not have to install another AV if WD is providing sufficient protection. Thanks for your help, folks. Ed
Hello again; my 2nd post on this Forum. I have a new Gateway convertible notebook. It came with W11 already installed. Everything is working great at this time, but I'm wondering if things go south, is it possible to install W10 on this device?
Thanks in advance for your advice. Ed
Can this amount of files be normal. I just ran a virus scan and it stated that my files are ok. My notebook has been running slow and sometimes I cannot make a connection. Can my software and applications be the cause of this many files?

1: the line doesn't appear when I take a screen print.
2: It's also not visible when the notebook is turned off.
I'll take some pics when my cell phone baterry is fully charged.
I have got a new notebook with a pre-installed Win10 Home v1803.
This Win10 version updates itself automatically every week.. But I don't want this: I want to decide when I want to update Win10.
As far as I read this is only possible from Win10 v1903 onwards.
So I decide a one-time update to...
