    Windows 7 SOLVED!! Wierd accent symbol when using number pad "enter"

    Having a issue with the number pad "enter" key. It puts a accent symbol, and then the paragraph break. I have checked the language for the inputs it is United States(US). Somehow this key has been reprogrammed, the normal "Enter" key in the letters works normally with just a paragraph break, no...
