I have 2 IRQs with the same value (16) and it is causing my computer to BSOD. When I go into device manager to change the value of the IRQ the box that says "use automatic settings" is grayed out and I'm unable to click it. In properties it says no conflicts but I can see in the IRQ list that...

I am trying to figure out how to make my computer sleep when itunes or vlc are the active application but not playing anything. I got sleep# from sourceforge and that seems to be working for vlc.
is there some way to override all programs ability to stop the computer from sleeping?
Yet again my Windows 7, 64 bit program has preventing me opening an attachment sent to me from a trusted source, on the basis that it could be ANNPATpotentially harmful. Can I override this blockage?
