    Windows 10 How to change IRQ values

    I have 2 IRQs with the same value (16) and it is causing my computer to BSOD. When I go into device manager to change the value of the IRQ the box that says "use automatic settings" is grayed out and I'm unable to click it.     Windows 7 sleep issue vlc 2.0.1/itunes

    I am trying to figure out how to make my computer sleep when itunes or vlc are the active application but not playing anything. I got sleep# from sourceforge and that seems to be working for vlc. is there some way to override all programs ability to stop the computer from sleeping?

    Windows 7 Blocked access to files

    Yet again my Windows 7, 64 bit program has preventing me opening an attachment sent to me from a trusted source, on the basis that it could be ANNPATpotentially harmful. Can I override this blockage?
