    Windows Vista 7 won't let programs access the internet

    At first win 7 upgraded fine and everything worked great.For 3 days now only my email and the web browser can connect.I turned off the firewall,no help.Rescanned drive with virus scan and found nothing.checked for spyware and none was found.     Windows 7 email program stopped showing picture links inline a few days ago?
