I received a window during the middle of the night saying "Application Impact Telemetry Static Analyzer has stopped working", and another window saying "Do you want to send more information about the problem?" What does that mean and do I have to do anything about this situation?

Hi. I have these problems and i would like to get rid of them. What can i do to have full access to the settings? You can see the 2 printscreens to see what i am talking about.
I am currently having problems with deleting vistor messages. I have done a search and checked tutorials but could not find any similar problems, except mine. Could someone tell me how to report this problem and to whom? Or point me in the right direction to find the answer?
