Cut and paste in x64 has an issue and it is hard to believe Microsoft did not attempt to correct it. Pasting a cut file leaves the file inaccessable. You cannot delete it, even from a command prompt. Restarting the system does not help. Installing SP2 did not help. Sort of sorry on their part!
