  18. Windows 8 Change the annoying rainbow background, on the signing-in screen...

    I have Googled with great frustration and cannot find a way to put a better background there. It's that kind-of upside-down rainbow.... grrr. You click on it. Then comes the blue screen where I have to put in my 8-digit password. How does a guy change that rainbow..?
