I have Googled with great frustration and cannot find a way to put a better background there.

It's that kind-of upside-down rainbow.... grrr. You click on it. Then comes the blue screen where I have to put in my 8-digit password.

How does a guy change that rainbow..?

Thanks for your help. After clicking on Browse, then Up several times. I got to the C-drive, users, my name, dropbox, then my 3840x1080 folder... I picked a picture I wanted.

Got what I wanted. THX.
