My vaio VGN-fz485u it's having random BSOD's I need to stop this. please help and thanks in advance. OS Windows 7 64bit

BSOD appears randomly. I haven't managed to figure out when and how it happens, but it happens, several times a day, I've attached minidump-files and CPU-Z screens.

It happens randomly while browsing , ive attached system info and dmp using sf diag tool thanks
