File handling very slow and laggy Windows 7 and NAS (or Windows-Server)
Three Windows 7 64bit and to WinXP 32bit workstations connected with TurboNAS or Windows Server ( we tried both..no difference)

1) Data transferrate is just fine 30-50MB/s okay no complaints

If I make a new folder, it won't appear until I manually refresh the screen. This could be within another folder or something on the desktop. If I rename a file, it doesn't change until I manually refresh as well. What can things like that be related to? It might've been like this close to...
