    Windows 7 Issues with Empty Favorites Bar in Navigation Pane: Unable to Add Locations

    My favorites bar in the navigation pane has no locations to choose from and will not allow me to add any files. When I try to add current location nothing happens; when I try to restore defaults nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
