    Windows 7 I need some help on a error...

    The message says Setup.exe-corrupt file then the real message as follows. The file or directory x:\$WINDOWS.~BT\windows\system32\en-us\sechost.dll.mui is corrupt and unreadable . please run the chkdsk utility. Can someone tell me how to fix it?:confused:
