seizure effect

I have been having this problem in the last day about 4 times. What always happens is theat my screen will go haywire, and after 7 or so seconds, my computer shuts down. I have no idea what it is. It says it is a Blue Screen, but as I said, the screen instead has a seizure effect.:eek: Here are...
