setup loop

    Windows XP Windows XP "XP setup is being restarted" loop

    I am in a loop where my computer keeps restarting at the mentioned loop how do I fix this? I do not have access to the recovery console because I do not have the password.

    Windows 8 How to Human Verify in eightforums etc.?
