About this tag
On WindowsForum.com, the tag suspicion appears in threads where users question the legitimacy of software behavior, update prompts, and system anomalies. Common scenarios include unexpected program launches like Support Assist, fake Adobe Flash update popups, and forced Malwarebytes updates that trigger caution. Users also express suspicion about unknown Windows accounts, suspicious product key sellers, and potential router-based hacking. The recurring theme is users seeking verification and advice when something feels off, often involving security concerns, malware risks, or unauthorized access. The tag reflects a community focused on identifying and discussing potentially deceptive or harmful software and system activities.
