    Windows 10 I need some serious help

    right now I am having a few problems with my newly built pc on windows 10. first of all, the start menu is not working. whenever I try to open the start menu or settings it just does nothing. my second problem is that the error “you’ll need a new app to open this ms-wpc link” keeps popping up...

    What a mess. Took some time but I got a bunch of it cleaned up. The major problem is that the clock isn't showing in the taskbar. There's a blank space where it should be.
