system recovery

Hi i have run my compuer smooth for over a year and now i recieved BSOD code 19 on windows start up.Cant do anything Had to use safe mode to write this. I tried systme recovery ( dated few days before the event hapenned ) and stil having issues so i am asking for help. Atached w7f tool file.

So my PC is on and no programs were opened, and suddenly a error comes with black screen "No Operating System Found" or something like this so i pressed the power button and turn offed my pc and then turn on and now it works fine.. can anyone tell me what was happened?.
