    Windows 7 Windows Media Player Problem Installing new theme

    See attached screen shot. For some reason it says I do nt have sufficient privlages? The "user" I am logged in as is set as an administrator so I dont understand why this is coming up? Windows 7 RC build 7100 x64bit Any ideas?
