    Windows 11 Taskbar Notification Area/Bubble Tooltips don't overlay when hovered unless focused first

    I'm using POP Peeper - Email Notifier. The tooltip (in the system tray) notifying a new mail appears for hardly a second or two. How can I increase the display time? Thank you.

    in explorer when you mouseover a folder or folder, there is this irritant tooltip-like info about the file or folder. I never use this and it makes the userexperience rather circus-like. How to disable those mouseovers?

    Windows 7 7057 x64 explorer.exe crash on taskbar tooltip

    I'm running Windows 7 build 7057 64-bit. I've disabled UAC, tried putting it on the 2nd to lowest level, and removed the windows experience reporting non-sense, but explorer.exe always crashes whenever I toll-tip my mouse over the wireless network taskbar icon. Any ideas?:confused:
