    Windows 7 Movie Maker & AVI Trimming

    i have an avi video that i want to trim. but when i use movie maker and trim, i don't see an option to simply re-save it as an avi video. it seems i have to convert it to mp4 or wmv. anyway to keep it as an avi? thanks.
