    Windows 7 Troubleshooting Netapi32.dll Error on Windows 7 During Startup and Shutdown

    I receive this error whenever I start or shutdown windows 7. Any Ideas? I tried to replace the file with a version I downloaded off the net, however windows says I have to be a trusted installer to do so. Any help is apperciated

    Windows 7 Access denied to OpenOffice Installer

    I cant install OpenOffice because, at some point, the installer says it cant write in any \winsxs\ folder. As far as I see that, only "trusted installers" have access to this directory.
