If I set up a SOCKS proxy using PUTTY the same way I did in Vista, it doesn't work. I let PUTTY through the firewall, I have no ideas besides that.
Settings: PUTTY/Tunnels: D8080
Explorer/Chrome: proxy: 127.0.0.1:8080
These setting were fine under Vista, but nothing loads in Win7...
