About this tag
The vegetarian tag on WindowsForum.com covers discussions where vegetarianism appears as a casual topic within broader conversations. In one thread, a user suggests that Cortana's joke database should be expanded and includes a joke about the word 'vegetarian' being derived from an American Indian phrase meaning 'bad hunter.' Another thread discusses a poll revealing that some people mistakenly believe tofu is a cut of meat and that certain foods like haggis or oxtail are meat-free, which may concern vegetarians. These posts show vegetarianism mentioned in humorous or informational contexts, not as a primary focus of the forum.
Hi
I'm bored today and don't have anything to do, so I was listening to Cortana's jokes hoping to hear a new one.
She really needs a bigger joke data base.
Microsoft should have a contest... and have people submit short jokes, to build up the data base to that you don't get the same joke...
Worryingly, almost a quarter of people polled thought you could buy a chicken chop or a lamb drumstick, while two in ten would ask a butcher for a leg of liver.
Around 20 per cent thought tofu was a cut of meat, rather than a veggie alternative.
And vegetarians may wish to be cautious...
