    Windows 7 text and webpages blackened out

    just upgraded to win 7 from xp...both 32 bit. install appeared to be clean and easy, used pc mover to truck old files away then back..problem i am having is that the text on webpages and documents and almost everything is clacked out with lines or entire black pages....help...
