One thing that really annoys me is a bunch of items in the Windows Start Menu that I don't use or don't work. I tend to throw such items in a "General" folder and forget about them.
However, some systemapps have entries in the start menu that seem to be hardwired -

Hi
I just started trying to use Windows 10 screen capture.

It works for capturing the video from both games and the internet, but I'm not getting sound on either one.
Like most Windows apps it's very light on settings, I'm not finding any preferences...
On Windows desktops, if something went wrong, your first instinct for years may have been to open up the Event Viewer and see if anything red or yellow shows up. Those alerts are saved ETW events, emitted by the system when errors occurred. On other Windows devices though, it’s been a bit harder...

Hi
My friend called and his apps and start button don't work.
I had him run SFC /scannow and that didn't find anything.
The next solution was to reinstall all the apps.
He is trying to do this through the command prompt by running.
