    Windows 7 Strange thing at the boot

    Hi. I am new here. I have a problem with a customer's pc with win seven. WHen finish to load windows the window OPENS WITH comes. If I select notepad i can see these things. Link Removed Some one can help me to fix this strange thing? Thanks.
