    Windows 8 What is windows 8 to go?

    I just bought a new laptop here in Argentina, and wanted to download windows 8.1 from the win store. But I got this message when I opened the store. Link Removed in English that means; Windows Store is not available in windows work areas to go. What is Windows To Go?
