When I double click in WinExplorer on an *.mp4 video file a popup appears asking me if I want to play the video with a certain program (here with well known VLC video player).
As you can see in the attached snapshot I checked the checkbox to ALWAYS use VLC for opening the video.

I have got a *.zip file which contains some files with original filenames in cyrillic/russian font/letters.
However when I look at them in WinExplorer on an english Win7 then the filenames appear very odd, something like:
üá½áíá¼á ìáñ¿´.txt
How can I convert them into cyrillic/russian...
When I currently llok at my WinExplorer then the drive letters appear NOT alphabetically sorted.
Drive W:\ eg. comes above drive C:\ and D:\
How can I tell WinExplorer to sort the drives alphabetically?

Assume I opened WinExplorer for a certain directory say D:\work
Then I take a screen snaphot into a picture file or save a content into a new file from a 3rd program in this directory.
Even after 5 minutes WinExplorer does NOT show the new files.
