My screen goes completely blurry when I move my taskbar to the top of the screen. I've got the latest graphic drivers for my card, etc but can't figure out why it's doing that. Also, WLM pops up every time I minimize firefox or any app.

I don't know how to work around this - WLM 09 won't unistall in safe mode but w7 freezes within seconds of startup. System restore didn't work. If I control+alt+del and go to task manager I can stop Messenger from loading, then all is OK, but I can't uninstall.
