    Windows 7 Windows crashes when memory increased over 2gig

    Installed Windows 7 on a blank 2 TB hard drive in a Dell XPS 710. All is well running the original 2 gig of memory. If I add memory above 2 gig Windows 7 destroys its own boot and crashes.     Windows 7 Windows 7 Setup screen closes unexpectedly

    I run the Windows 7 Ultimate setup from within Vista and the install screen comes up. I click install and within a minute or two the install screen closes abruptly.
